Tanjiro's Folding Katana v2 from Demon Slayer - Kimetsu no Yaiba
I tested it in PLA+
0.4 Hotend, 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill
If you experience difficulties printing the blades, you can add an inner and outer raft for easier removal
Recommendations:
1 Close blade by blade from bottom to top holding the lower pommel and not the handle, this will improve durability
2 Exercise caution with the tip
3 Do not open with excessive force, it is unnecessary
For painting I recommend acrylic paints followed by a resin coat over the painted areas to enhance friction resistance
