Update 9/12/24: I updated the main profile to adjust for tolerances for different printers, I also added slightly different sized set of pins on Plate 5, it's easier to just print them all at once and see which ones fit the snuggest due to printer tolerances. The set of pins on the far right are the tightest and require pressure and some persuasion to go in, these are the ones I prefer.

This is a super easy and quick to print TRON Identity Disc that requires no AMS and no supports. Only thing you need is Glow in the Dark filament if you want it to glow. No LEDs required!

I designed this for another project I worked on, which I have added as a separate print profile, but I figured I'd share this version of it on MakerWorld. This is designed so it will print on an A1 Mini and still feel nice in your hand, if you want larger, feel free to scale up, but tolerances may be looser. I feel like it's the perfect size right now.

Just print out the 4 plates and put it together. I've checked the tolerances on my printer and it fits nicely, but you may need to adjust scaling for the pins depending on your printer settings if they are too loose or tight. I printed it in the settings for the main Designer profile.

Make sure the pins are in the correct orientation with the tops flush with the top of the discs. Looking forward to seeing your makes!

Filament used:

Polymaker Polyterra PLA Charcoal Black

Sunlu Blue Glow PLA
