Brother P-Touch TZe Label Tapes Modular Organizer

This customizable modular organizer is designed to store and organize Brother P-Touch TZe label tapes of all sizes: 3.5mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 18mm, 24mm, and 36mm. It's easy to configure for your specific needs! You can choose how many compartments you need for each tape size and arrange them in any order and quantity you want. The compartments snap together securely, providing a flexible storage solution that can grow with your collection.

• Optimized for Non-Brittle Materials: I recommend printing with strong, non-brittle materials like PLA+ or PETG. I’ve had great results using ELEGOO Rapid PLA Plus, which offers excellent durability and print quality.
• Minimal Filament Usage: The honeycomb structure reduces material consumption without compromising structural integrity.
• Vertical or horizontal storage:  I like to position the storage so that the tapes are horizontal, but vertical works too.
• Label your labels:  There space (at a handy viewing angle) for labeling your label tapes :) 

Printing Tips:

• Test Print: Print a single "Pin" and "Hole" piece to ensure proper fit and flexibility of the material you want to use, before committing to a full set of compartments.
• Material Choice: Make sure to use a material that can withstand the snap-fit stresses without becoming brittle (PLA+ or PETG is recommended).
• Clone the parts you need: I recommend creating a new Plate, and clone as many compartments of the desired size that you need.  The parts are clearly labeled. You'll also need one End piece to complete the assembly. 
• Snap into place: Once printed, the compartments snap into place easily. Be gentle, as the pins can be brittle with brittle materials. I might come up with some special supports to print the model at an angle, or modify the design, to minimize the risk of broken pins, if there is interest. If you have issues with broken pins, try printing it with  ELEGOO Rapid PLA Plus filament.
