Bit holder for hexagon screw bits

Advantages at a glance:

  • Requires very little filament
  • Short printing time
  • The bits are clamped and cannot fall out
  • Many different sizes from 4 bits to 30 bits
  • Inverted vase mode: Regardless of the nozzle size / extrusion width, the inner diameter always fits

Update 2024-06-01: Now you can mix two different bit sizes on one bit holder. I have commented well known sizes.

@3Delworld has made a video which shows the use of this Bit Holder

Printing instruction

I reccomend to use 0.28 mm layer height, set the extrusion width to 0.6 mm for better stability. Configure “Vase Mode”. Thats it.

Use PETG or ASA, not PLA.
