Chip Case 10x 50 Chips

This cash box is intended for "Club Ships". The individual chips are 28mm in diameter and 1.6mm thick.
They are arranged:
10 pieces,
50 pieces in a row,
10 rows in a box. = 500 per load
The cabinet holds 6 boxes on top of each other. So 3,000 chips.

Due to the dimensions, I had to cut out the cabinet with a laser.
After everything was glued together, the drawers fit perfectly.

I inserted a 6mm tube into the holes, which prevents the individual chip trays from slipping during transport.

I cut the file “Chipkiste.dxf” with a NEJE 3 Max.
