Description

*Update June 7, 2024

Added another version of the side-mounted filament guide (v3) to acommodate 4 separate filament feeds near the wheel. I inserted some PTFE tubing inside the four holes on mine, but it can be used as is.

*Update April 25, 2024

If you would like to use a larger pulley wheel and cover, I have added 2 more files to the list, each with "140mm" in the description. The same mount and axle files, as well as the same bearing, work for both sizes.

*Update:

I have uploaded a repaired version of the pulley wheel cover. Please use the "repaired" version instead of the regular one.

I have also uploaded a v2 file of the Pulley mount itself, making the original filament runout sensor hardware (screw and bushing) fit better.

These models were inspired by user BRiTL_UK and his models at https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/65bfae7cf512c0a97f354b57

This set was designed to enable me to move my filament spool off the top of my Ender-3 V3 KE printer to reduce the wobbling and shaking caused by
the weight of the spool and the shaking of the bed.

This is entirely a "snap-together" design. I did use a rubber mallet to finish tapping the wheel onto the bearing so it was flush, but the rest of it is just snap together with finger pressure.

The only extra part needed is a bearing (10x26x8 sealed.) to place in the center of the pulley wheel.
