Description

These stackable PCB stands and hole gauges offer great flexibility for working with printed circuit boards. I’ve created three height options: 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm.

The peg diameters range from M2 to M14 (M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6, M7, M8, M10, M12, M14) and feature a 4x step base.

With the newly added chamfer design, the PCB can now be inserted more easily and at a slight angle, making soldering and assembly more convenient. These stands are perfect for giving your PCB a tilt for easier soldering, adding some height to keep components off the surface, or even using them as hole gauges. You can mix different sizes to achieve the right combination of height and tilt. For example, use the 3mm stands at the back of the board and 2mm at the front to create a lift and angle.

Same-height stands are stackable, making them easy to organize and store. That means the 2mm size stacks with other 2mm stands, 3mm with 3mm, and so on.

While these can be printed with a 0.3mm DRAFT setting, I’d recommend 0.2mm to capture the finer details, especially with the smaller diameters like the 1mm model. The pictures here show a 0.3mm print, just for reference. For the best results, print at 0.2mm unless you're in a rush. This model was designed with PLA, but it should work fine with PETG as well.
