Softopper Side Release Buckle - Female to Female
Print Profile(1)

Description
Created this to move the annoying dangling clips out of the way of loading and as a visual eyesore while driving. I didn't want to remove them as they are used for keeping the back flap open when needed but when not in use they just hang in the back.
Created a side release buckle that had two female sides for the Softopper shell. This is a basic recreation of the existing side release buckle from the factory. I used Bambu Black ASA in hopes this will withstand the California heat and the elements in the back of a truck, but I am sure you could replace with either PETG or ABS.
Through testing I found these settings work the best using a P1S
- Default preset 0.20mm STRENGTH @BBLX1C
- Print at approx 45 degree angle with supports. This helps with strength
- Add a Brim (outer only 10MM to ensure the print isn't going anywhere)
- this might be overkill but also a Raft (3 loops) as my safety net.
