This model requires 2 colors but no AMS is necessary since the pieces are printed separately and glued together. You may be able to not glue if the fit is tight enough.
I would recommend printing these on the textured PEI plate for that cool looking rough finish. The hooks need to be printed on their sides for structural integrity and just pressure fit into place.
