Description
NOTE: I recommend downloading the Last version. All four work but The last one is my favorite. I tested at least 30 prints at different tolerances and changing the sketch. Mainly the spring assembly and teeth on the rod.
IMPORTANT: Let them cool before Operating it.
I've had this idea quite awhile now. Everyone was making the clickers with teeth on a wheel. I had an idea about teeth on a rod. I finally got it drawn. I did alot of testing on clearances. I made changes and version 2 is definently better than ver 1. Version 3 sounds good too. I just like the last one best. I'd delete Version one but have downloads that i'd be deleting.
I posted a last version that I am happy with. It has a longer,wider spring,sharper teeth and feels really good. Plus cutout the body. I put a lot of time in changing the drawing. Printing models. Making more changes till I finally was happy.
