Description

After several iterations of stress testing, I've created a super strong ramp that can be dropped, thrown against the wall, smashed with a barbell, and supports a barbell loaded to 4+ plates per side (475lbs total).

In order to support all this abuse, I added reinforcements directly into the model - a visible and hidden grid pattern adds strength to the print. This causes your slicer to place more walls where it is needed.

Because of the heavy stresses involved, I suggest the following settings:

  • Material: PETG (or TPU, if you know what you're doing)
  • Walls: 3 Minimum
  • Infill: 15% Minimum, Gyroid
  • Layer Height: 0.10 to 0.16 mm

Happy lifting!
