• Make sure the printing plate is clean. It is recommended to clean the printing plate regularly!Oil stains left on your hands after touching the printing panel will greatly reduce printing adhesion, and at the same time, debris from previous printing and small residues of prints will also affect the printing quality of the first layer, thereby reducing the yield rate.
• Pay attention to the drying of consumables, which will greatly affect your printing quality and printing experience! Consumables that have been stored for a long time are bound to become damp. If stringing occurs, it is recommended to consult the manufacturer for drying parameters to dry the consumables. At the same time,most manufacturers do not dry their consumables when they leave the factory, so our newly unpacked consumables are still a little wet, and it is also recommended to dry them before use.
• When using new manufacturer consumables, it is recommended to print the first time to calibrate the flow rate of the consumablesand modify the calibration coefficient, which will greatly affect your printing quality and is also a necessary process to allow the new consumables to adapt to your printer.
• If you encounter problems such as sudden poor printing quality and low yield rate, check if the nozzle is clogged, and you can also try recalibrating the printer.
• Print at the printing speed recommended in the model instructions. The overhang quality is directly related to the printing speed, a suitable speed (too fast or too slow is not good) can allow the material to have more time to cool and form when it is deposited.
• Set the hot bed and nozzle temperature reasonably according to different materials.Too high or too low temperature will cause warping, layered deformation or adhesion problems, which will affect the printing quality and success rate.
