With these Fidget Gears (Print in Place), your kids can easily learn how to add and subtract while playing. Simply turn the outer ring and use the arrow with the number displayed to solve the math problem. On the other side of the ring, at the arrow height, you'll find the correct answer.

This way, children can self-check their math learning and even quiz each other with several kids. Turning the gears is fun for kids, and this creates a joy of learning - it can't get any better!!!

I took a template I found on Aliexpress called "Math fact Fidget Spinner", sat down with Fusion and redesigned everything. The quality of the Chinese product was very poor as expected, much too small and the numbers on the arrow were sometimes upside down, so you could quickly confuse a 6 with a 9 etc.

Especially children who are not yet confident with reading numbers need clear orientation. That's why the numbers are always aligned straight on the arrow and are easy to read!!! My "Little One" is just 5 years old and of course still has trouble telling a 9 and a 6 or a 2 and a 5 apart, which is why the orientation of the numbers is very important!

For me, this math learning toy should not be missing from any classroom and should find a place in every home.

For safe transportation and storage at home, I have also designed a box where you can keep the fidgets and nothing gets lost. The boxes have cutouts for buffers to be glued in, so you don't get scratches on sensitive surfaces. The box is printed in 2 parts and needs to be glued together with a little glue.

I'm still working on it and will complete the Math Fidgets, among other things, you can look forward to the following:

  • Multiplication and division from 11-20
  • Addition and subtraction in the number range of the 10s to 100 etc.
  • Powers and roots
  • o.g. in Braille etc.

If you have any further suggestions, then please let me know and I will be happy to discuss them.
