Adapter for DPS3005 to Einhell/Bosch 18V battery

This adapter enables you to mount a DPS3005 power supply directly to an Einhell or Bosch 18V battery. This makes the power supply mobile and flexible - perfect for those who rely on precise voltage and current control even when on the go. The design was developed to fit precisely, ensuring a secure and stable hold of the DPS3005 on the battery.

Why this adapter?

  • Flexible: Makes the DPS3005 power supply mobile, ideal for use in places without a fixed power supply.
  • Precision fit: The model was specifically developed for Einhell and Bosch 18V batteries and provides a secure hold.
  • Robust: Made for long-lasting use, able to withstand even demanding environments.

Assembly instructions:

  1. Insert 12 pieces of threaded brass heat insert nut M2.5 into the middle part. (You can save yourself the screws and threaded inserts and simply glue everything together)
  2. Connect the middle part with the corresponding battery adapter and M2.5 screw.
  3. Insert the 6.3 mm flat plug quick connector with cable into the battery adapter and glue with hot glue.
  4. If necessary, mount and solder a USB-C fast charging adapter.
  5. Insert the toggle switch and connect it with cable lugs.
  6. Pair of Banana plug terminals red black insert and screw.
  7. Screw the housing onto the middle part.
  8. Connect the DPS3005 with the plug and insert it.

Boost Me (for free)

I appreciate every boost, as it helps me to continue developing exciting projects for you! The Einhell adapter is a good example: It took a whole 10 tries before it fit perfectly. With your boosts, I can buy new filament and continue tinkering to provide you with even more useful solutions like the DPS3005 holder. Thank you for your support! 😊

Have fun building… I would be delighted to see likes and boosts :D
