Update: I have added printable nuts and different lengths of M8 screws in the second print position configuration. In some cases where weight bearing is not required, printed nuts and bolts can be used.
Screw lengths are 16MM, 20MM, 22MM, 25MM, 27MM, 30MM, and you can choose according to your actual needs.
This is a 90° angle connector that does not require punching, and you can assemble it according to your needs to create works of different purposes.
Recommended clamping board thickness: minimum 6MM, maximum 25MM (optimal 15MM)
If you need higher strength, you will need the following materials in addition to the printed parts:
- M8 nuts (thickness no more than 6MM)
- M8 countersunk screws, 18-45MM (minimum 18MM, the longest size depends on the actual board thickness, it is recommended not to exceed 45MM)
Printing material suggestions: If you don't need high strength or weight bearing, PLA can do the job. If you need a certain degree of strength and weight bearing, it is recommended that you use at least PETG, ABS or other materials with higher strength.
Through actual testing, using PETG is completely sufficient to meet most usage scenarios.
