HEIGAOLAPC Mini PC case and mount options
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a case for the HEIGAOLAPC Mini PC I use for running the software needed for my cars standalone ECU… note it is specifically for the unit listed here…

The profile contains both PLA and ASA settings.. note that I found the ASA material does have a tendency to shrink and I have tried to compensate for this when I drew it up but its a fine line between loose in PLA or tight in ASA so make sure your printer is calibrated ok…
You can also add modifiers in the slicer if you need it a tighter or looser fit…
Hardware required…
Case assembly:
4 x M2.5 brass thread inserts
4 x M2.5x6 button head bolts
If there are any issues with using heat inserts then I can make a version that would allow the bolts to screw straight into the plastic
Backplates to case:
4 x M4 nuts
4 x M4x10 button head bolts
Mounts to backplates:
M4 nuts… typically at least 4 required but designed to use how many you feel you need to use for your application
M4x10 bolts… again as many as you need to use..
The YOSII mount requires 4x M4 nuts and bolts
