Summary
This is a 1:15 scale model of the AGM-88 HARM missile that is used to hunt, destroy, and supress enemy air defenses and radar sites. This missile is launched by an aircraft, such as the EF-18 or F16 in the US or the Mig-29 or F-16 in Ukraine. It locks onto the radar signal of enemy radar sites and vehicles and homes in on its location. It can also be used to suppress enemy air defenses since the enemy will turn off their radar to avoid being attacked, thus rendering them operationally useless. A common tactic with these missiles is called Wild Weasel where you intentionally get an enemy radar site to lock onto you in order to get a target for the HARM missile.
This model snaps together for easy assembly – no glue is required.
Filaments used were Bambu PLA:
Basic Light gray for body, Matte Red for bottom stripe, Metal Copper for the copper stripes, Metal Iridium Gold for stripe and nose cone, Metal Black for the stand.
Since this model only has one peg, I figure instructions are overkill, but let me know if you would like some anyways.
