Filament Bag Sealing Clip

I discovered that every time I opened a filament bag, I would throw away the packaging, which is really wasteful. Therefore, I designed this extra-long sealing clip for filament bags. This way, we can seal and store filament using the plastic bags that come with them.

1. First, when opening the filament packaging, please use scissors to ensure that the edge of the packaging bag is cut neatly.

   

2. Then, put on the clip and fasten the clasp according to the arrow prompts (note the direction of the clasp). I have designed four clasp positions, which can be installed as needed.

   

3. To detach the sealing clip, simply slide the clasp horizontally for easy removal.

    

Printing Tips:

• Use PETG for printing, especially for the clasp. PLA is very prone to breaking on this model.
• Be sure to clean the PEI plate thoroughly. This model is very prone to warping. If possible, please use LAC spray for reinforcement.
• Try to use the preset print configuration to print. If you need to modify the print configuration, please ensure that the small clasp is printed with 5 walls, otherwise it will be easy to break during installation.
