Hand-cranked sunflower seed shelling machine

This is a hand-cranked sunflower seed shelling machine. It is recommended to use PETG, a material with high strength, for printing. The main working part is two gears. All parts can be printed. If the teeth of the printed gears are crooked, you can use pliers to cut off half of them, as shown in the red circle in Figure 2, to avoid wasting materials by re-printing. The approximate size is 69 × 61 × 62 mm. When using it, if the sunflower seeds are stuck, do not continue to turn with force, turn in the opposite direction and then turn again, to prevent the handle from breaking due to excessive force. It is recommended to put one sunflower seed at a time, which will result in a better shelling effect and a lower chance of the sunflower seeds being crushed. Putting multiple sunflower seeds at a time is likely to crush them.
