What You Need

• 6500K White LED Strip available from Maker Supply - KA004
• PLA Basic Filament for 3D printing in black, blue, and white colors
• Cable with Plug (choose the length according to your needs)

IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE YOU START
This project requires precision. Make sure your 3D printer is well-calibrated and your workspace is clean.

Details on the Printing and Assembly Process:

• Printing Material:
  • PLA Basic is the recommended material, chosen for its ease of printing and the quality of the colors that perfectly represent your team.
• LED Strip:
  • Use a 6500K white LED strip to achieve uniform and bright illumination.
• 3D Printing Settings:
  • Print Bed: Use the Textured PEI bed for a matte and durable finish.

  • Printing the Base: First, print the lamp’s base, which includes a hole for the LED strip entry.

     

Assembly:

• Inserting the LED Strip:
  • After printing the base, insert the LED strip into the designated hole and secure it firmly inside.
• Fitting the Front and Back Together:
  • Once the LED strip is in place, fit the front with the back. The design has been engineered to ensure a perfect fit, eliminating the need for glue or screws.
• Connecting:
  • Connect the cable with the plug to the LED strip. Ensure all connections are secure.
