• Make sure the printing plate is clean, it is recommended to clean the printing plate regularly! The grease residue on your hands after touching the printing panel will greatly reduce the adhesion of the printing, and at the same time, the previous printing debris and tiny residues of printed parts will also affect the printing quality of the first layer, thereby reducing the yield.
• Pay attention to drying filaments, this will greatly affect your printing quality and printing experience! Filaments left for a long time will inevitably become damp, if stringing occurs, it is recommended to ask the manufacturer for drying parameters to dry filaments, at the same time most manufacturers' filaments are not dried when they are shipped from the factory, so our newly unsealed filaments are still slightly damp, and it is also recommended to dry them before use.
• It is recommended to print with new filaments for the first time calibrate filament flow rate immediately and modify the calibration coefficient, which will greatly affect your printing quality and is a necessary process to allow new filaments to adapt to your printer.
• If you encounter problems such as suddenly poor printing quality and low yield, check if the nozzle is clogged, you can also try to recalibrate the printer.
• Print at the recommended printing speed in the model instructions. Overhang quality is directly related to printing speed, the right speed (too fast or too slow is not good) allows the material to cool and shape during deposition.
• Set the heated bed and nozzle temperatures reasonably according to different materials. Too high or too low temperatures will result in warping, layer distortion, or adhesion problems, thus affecting the printing quality and success rate.
