A1 Mini Wall Poop Buddy - v2 (the best poop bucket for A1 Mini's next to walls)
Print Profile(2)

Description
This is version 2 of my A1 Mini Poop Bucket (for printers next to a wall or in a cabinet). V1 can be found here. Poop hits the wall and bounces into the bucket. I have tested this for a week with constant printing and not once has a poop bounced onto the build plate or missed the bucket.
Position the middle of the bucket under the nozzle for best results.
Improvements:
- better dimensions so if fits perfectly between the wall and the printer
- this stops your printer from shifting left during printing and contacting the wall
- ramp added to funnel poop more evenly through the bucket
- I noticed poops tend to build up in one spot causing frequent emptying
- PETG now the preferred material (when printing PLA primarily)
- this stops PLA from sticking to the bucket - not necessary but helpful
The A1 Mini Moves Left?
Yes! On many surfaces, the A1 Mini will slowly move to the left during printing. This can cause catastrophic issues if on the edge of a table. When next to a wall or in an enclosure, the printer will hit the wall. This poop bucket wedges in-between and stops it moving. It leaves a small gap between the printer and the wall.
The Ramp
This has been a very useful addition to this model so far. The poop now spreads more evenly throughout the bucket meaning you don't have to empty it often. It also stop issues where an overflow of poop can enter the bed during a print.
Why PETG?
It's not absolutely necessary, but hot poop can fuse with the surface of a PLA bucket. Printing it in PETG means it won't stick and ruin the bucket, or build up.

I would love to hear feedback and see photos! I have very little modelling knowledge and this was created in Tinkercad. It's a very basic design but is the best near-wall poop bucket I have seen so far.
