Hydraulic Outboard Motor Steering Lock

This print provides a means of locking the steering of a standard hydraulic powered outboard marine motor. It is intended to be used during boat towing to limit the movement of the motors during travel. This model should be printed in TPU 95A or higher with 100% infill. This will provide the needed flexibility for a perfect press fit while providing enough rigidity to ensure a good steering lock. This lock should fit all standard hydraulic rams that are between 19-22mm in diameter with at least 102mm (4 inches) of exposed ram on either side of the cylinder housing. Print 2 of these per engine.
