Description
Wood leveling jig for Bosch POF 1400 router, perfect for solid wood tables or cutting boards.
The height of the solid wood to be leveled has no limits, as it is sufficient to raise the side rails where the carriages with the bearings slide.
The maximum length of the workpiece also has no limits, as it depends only on the size of the workbench.
The rails can still be adjusted in height to four different positions with a step of 20mm each using the various seats in the side supports, varying the height from about 40mm to about 100mm. The height adjustment of the leveling tip of the router normally allows it to protrude from the plate by about 20-25mm.
For the realization of the project, 8 (or 4) type 608 bearings, two 20mm diameter steel rails with their bearing supports, some wood and steel screws of various lengths and diameters are needed.
