Description
Do you remember all the drivers from the Wacky Races? And their outlandish cars?
Faithful reproduction of Number 6 - The Army Surplus Special
The car number #6 is a hybrid between a Jeep and a tank, driven by Private Meekly under the orders of Sergeant Blast, who sometimes uses the cannon's recoil to give himself a boost. The Army Surplus Special is also equipped with land mines and rear thrusters. The name of this team in English is Sergeant Blast and Private Meekly in the Army Surplus Special. The name of Private Meekly (from “meek”, meaning “gentle” in Italian) and Sergeant Blast (from the English “explosion”) obviously reflect their personalities.
ASSEMBLY
To facilitate printing and allow for multicolor printing, I have divided the model into three different printing profiles, divided into macro parts:
the tank parts
the Jeep parts
the track parts
the micro parts (deck with steering wheel, windshield, and roller)
Assembling all these components requires the use of cyanoacrylate glue.
