Cover plates for electric shutter holes

I turned some old corded shutters into electric ones. The customer did not want any masonry work so I adapted the old rope hole to accommodate the switch.
The plate, however, is not standard, as is the hole spacing.

I therefore created a custom plate on fusion360 to fit all the shutters.
