Description
Inspired by the “13” in Dummy 13, this version of the standard Dummy 13 1.0 armor pays homage to the Fallout franchise and Fallout 1 with the Vault 13 vault suit and Vault Boy head. Flip the chest piece around to achieve the standard vault suit look with the number on the back.
The Vault Boy head uses the hair from Acheituno's excellent Fallout Show Vault Boy Phone Stand model (used with permission). Thumbs up hands created by Mici included.
