Description

I am finally beginning to make the switch to reusable silicone zipper bags, but didn't have a great way to dry them after washing them, so I designed this rack with 14 “fingers” that fit snack sized, quart sized, and gallon sized reusable bags. The model also features TPU foot pads (which are completely optional, although I recommend at least printing out of the base material to keep the rack raised above the countertop surface).

The Fusion360 file for this model is included. Every parameter used in the drawing is clearly labelled and is completely customizable (see photos for list of parameters). I am also happy to create and upload variation for anyone either unfamiliar with Fusion or simply don't feel like doing the edits yourself!

PLA works great for the drying rack, though not appropriate if you want something dishwasher safe.

You can play with scale on the feet (or the “Base_FootPad_MountHole_Tolerance” parameter in the Fusion file) to get a nice friction fit based on your printer's tolerances, but a couple tiny dots of glue will also work nicely.

I updated the foot pad to have ridges for better retention in base in version 2.
