Description

YETI 30oz tumbler handle design

Modified angle of grip (relative to my 20oz design) to balance ergonomics with heavier weight, while maintaining an adequate clearance for vehicle cup holders. Also widened the handle itself, making it quite a bit more comfortable to hold.

Yeti fan also? Check out other items in my collection.

Ideally should be printed with material resistant to heat deformation (PETG, PC, ABS, ASA, ect…) however, you can obviously use a PLA varient if you'd like. As per usual, adjust model scaling in your slicer (recommend 0.25 - 0.5% increments) to preferred fitment, as well as to accommodate various other brands of 30oz tumblers.

***NOTE:  If you find that once the print finishes the lower band portion, and it slows down considerably while printing just the handle portion (causing the handle to be shiny comparatively to the lower portion), try slowing your “outer wall” speed down to ~90mm/s. You can alternatively uncheck the “Slow printing down for better layer cooling” feature found in your filament settings under the “Cooling” tab shown in pic below. This will keep the aesthetic appearance consitent through the entirety of the model.
