Design Overview:
Part of a rapid printing series, this quick-print water-based pen sleeve leverages the flexibility of low-layer PLA. The design prioritizes minimizing print time while maintaining comfortable usability. It optimizes the printing experience and expands the applicability of 3D printing.

Print Time:
Model print time 23 minutes 05 seconds, with preparation, a total time of 28 minutes 52 seconds (P1S, 0.2mm layer height, including top surface ironing).

Print Profiles (Selectable in Print Settings):

A profile with adaptive layer height is provided, resulting in an approximate print time of 33 minutes, yielding a smoother, more tactile surface.

Pen Dimensions:

138mm (without cap, excluding pen tip protrusion)

Approximately 160mm (with cap, including pen tip protrusion)

Pen tip protrusion approximately 5mm

Cap 25mm

Compatible Pen Refills:
Designed for multiple specifications, it is compatible with both 110mm click-style neutral pen refills and 130mm standard neutral pen refills, encompassing a significant portion of common refill types. For incompatible refills, modify the SW source file or contact me directly (preferably including refill dimensions).

Materials and Cost:
Standard PLA is sufficient (PLA+ recommended). Material consumption is approximately 8g; at 70 yuan per kilogram, the cost is approximately 0.56 yuan.

Durability:
Sufficient for everyday use.

The profile includes three identical clips; all can be attached to the pen for backup. Two are sufficient for normal use, one for extreme use (cap clipped to the pen's end). Even if a clip breaks in the middle, as long as it's not completely severed (see image below), it will function normally (for an extended period). If only one clip remains, either borrow one from another pen or print more (it's a very short print).

Assembly Instructions:

After printing, insert the refill and attach the clips (yellow arrow). One clip at the tip is mandatory; one or two at the end are optional.
