Description
As a coffee aficionado, I sought a discreet and elegant capsule holder attachable to my coffee machine.
Finding none to my liking, and owning an A1 mini with its limitations (18x18cm), I designed a model printable on it. I then considered the convenience of using this holder alongside my machine.
This led me to create small feet that clip under the holder, enabling it to stand independently.
The file includes several printing plates depending on your needs. Details are as follows:
- The first plate holds a four-row holder for a total of 16 capsules.
- The second plate holds a three-row holder for a total of 12 capsules.
- The third plate holds a two-row holder for a total of 8 capsules.
- The fourth plate holds a single-row holder for a total of 4 capsules (ideal for carrying in your bag).
- The fifth plate contains the “tight” feet.
- The sixth plate contains the “loose” feet.
The “tight” feet have no tolerance and fit snugly to the holder. The holder can be moved without them falling off.
The “loose” feet have some tolerance; they hold onto the holder but tend to detach easily.
I recommend using the “tight” version if you prefer not to remove them.
The printing orientation is crucial; the seam is on the underside of the holders (and therefore less visible).
For attachment to your coffee machine, use double-sided tape or a dab of contact adhesive.
The model works with most capsule brands.
