Description
Wargaming case magnetized
Easy way to store youre miniature without damaging them.
Personaly i hated the soft foam cases because everytime i travel with them 1 of my models are damaged. i took more time to repair them instead of painting them (as you can see with my grey army :P)
so i magnetized al my models and stored them on a metal plate. But now i made it so it fitted the standard eurobox size 350x250mm
I can now prepare my squads on the metal plates and put them on the table much more easier and with no damage to my models.
in my files are the plates sides and handles ( i made them from 1cm to 10cm)
in my print-profile there is a pause to put in de magnets for the handles
you will need
- metal sheet 0.75 x 250 x 350 mm ( i used https://www.hornbach.nl/p/kaiserthal-vlakke-plaat-500x250x0-75-mm-staal/7297000/) and cut it to size
- 4x 20 x 3mm magnets ( or anything that fits there is a gap in the model 20 x 6.4 mm so you can also fit other thicknes magnet. ( you want a strong connection because if you dont want it to come loose
PLEASE CHECK IF YOU PUT IN THE MAGNET ITS BELOW OR FLUSH WITH THE PRINT
