Made from durable 3D-printed materials, the holder is compatible with a variety of phone sizes and can be easily adjusted for optimal viewing angles. The 3D printed screw is specifically designed to provide a secure fit, ensuring your phone remains stable on even the bumpiest rides. For added grip on the handlebar, applying foam tape can help reduce movement of the cycle mount.

Assembly Instructions: Two simple halves are secured to the cycle screw with hex screws to attach the mobile mount, and a thumb screw is used to fasten and tighten the mobile onto the mount.

Scaled to 150% for larger smartphones, thicker protective cases, and wider devices.

This version improves compatibility with bigger phones such as Pro Max/Ultra devices while maintaining the same secure clamping mechanism from the original design. Ideal for riders using rugged or silicone cases that may not fit the standard profile comfortably.

Recommended Material:
• PETG / PETG-CF for improved durability and heat resistance
• PLA works, but PETG is recommended for outdoor riding

Assembly guide images have now been added for easier setup and installation.

The included step-by-step visuals show the complete mounting process, including clamp assembly, threaded screw installation, handlebar mounting, and final phone adjustment.

Print Settings:
• 0.2mm layer height
• 6 walls
• 25% infill

Notes:
• Larger scaling also slightly improves grip area and overall usability with modern oversized phones
• Foam tape on handlebars can help reduce vibrations and movement
• Works best with handlebars around 21–23mm diameter
