Description
I am puzzled by the support issues some users are encountering—I regret to say the feedback received has been insufficiently detailed.
I suspect a flaw in their support interface configuration—either a dedicated support material is not being utilized, or PETG is not employed as a support interface for PLA. Without employing this printing technique, a support interface and Z distance set to 0 in my print configuration will render the supports irremovable.
You must adjust this setting—specifically, the support interface and Z distance.
I am unclear why some users are experiencing support difficulties; apologies, but the feedback provided has lacked detail.
I suspect an issue with their support interface configuration—either a dedicated support material is not in use, or the technique of using PLA with a PETG support material is not being applied. Without utilizing this printing technique, setting the support interface and Z distance to 0 in my print settings will result in supports that are impossible to remove.




This size is appropriate for my 13.6-inch MacBook Air and can be scaled to accommodate other sizes.

Printing Instructions: During printing, pause and insert 5x5x5mm magnets (optional; support for other magnet sizes will be added later). Utilize support material for the horizontal bar slots and employ a multi-material approach with PETG and PLA for superior support.

The 4.7x4.7x4.7mm dimension reflects my existing magnet design.
While specified as 5 cubic centimeters, its actual volume is 4.7 cubic centimeters.
A corrected 5 cubic centimeter configuration file has been included.
The 30x10x3mm dimensions align with materials available from Maker's Supply; printer-specific adjustments may be necessary.
