Print-in-Place Finger Spinner Dart (Safe Version)
This version is safer than the previous one, without sharp spikes. However, it is still possible to get hurt if used improperly.

Update:
Added a version that can be installed with a metal bearing. One metal bearing is required, with an inner diameter of 20, an outer diameter of 35, and a thickness of 8. Before installation, you can wash the grease in the bearing, otherwise it will affect the rotation time. Also, choose a finger guard of the appropriate size to print according to the thickness of your index finger's second knuckle, insert the finger guard into the inner circle of the bearing and you can play.
