Description

Summary

I purchased an expensive Herman Miller Aeron Chair for my office. However, I bought it a couple of years old, but new in box. The newer chairs have a locking mechanism to keep the armrests from lowering on their own. I designed this part in Fusion 360 to keep the armrests up all the time. No more adjusting or re-adjusting the armrests.

Hope this helps someone else out too. I used 6x M4x30mm Socket Head Cap Screws and 6x M4 Nuts to hold it all together.

The Fusion 360 file is attached. I drew this in about 20 min, so it doesn't use parameters. Feel free to modify it for your preferred height.
