This replacement part is designed for the Parkside PHPA 20-Li cordless hot glue gun.

The original plastic part is a common failure point and can break after extended use. Instead of replacing the entire glue gun, you can simply print this part and get your tool working again.

The model has been tested and fits the original mechanism without any modifications.

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: ASA (recommended) or PETG
• Perimeters: As many as possible (I used 999 perimeters so the part is completely solid)
• Infill: 100% (or use enough perimeters to make the model solid)
• No supports required.

ASA provides the best heat resistance for this application, but PETG is also a good alternative if ASA is not available.
