Suspended LED Tealight with Base

--------------------------------------

Version 2.2 from October 6, 2025

with optimized parameters for the strings and additionally suitable for A1 mini

---------------------------------------

The LED tealight can be printed multicolor and without support

I designed the LED tealight holder for a tealight with a diameter of ~36mm. For the top edge finish height, I set ~18mm for the base part of the LED tealight. The small cover for the LED tealight can also be used as a spacer under the LED tealight, if needed, depending on the height of the LED tealight

! Safety Notice !

The design is only intended for LED tealights

For critical removal from the print plate, I have 2 recommendations:

  • Allow the print plate to cool sufficiently to avoid stresses in the model during removal.
(As a print plate, I use the “CyGrip Pro Glacier” from BIQU, with which I have had very good experiences, especially when detaching models)

  • DO NOT(!) bend the print plate in the printer to detach the model. I recommend pulling the print plate straight out of the printer and then detaching the model on a work surface.

  • I have had good experiences detaching the model by fixing the model with one hand on the print plate and then bending the print plate along the sides in small steps(!) over a table edge. This prevents too much force from being applied to the model, which could cause the strings to break.
