Updated 2025/4/11:
- Increased inlet connector spacing to prevent interference
- Enlarged inlet connector threads for easier screwing
- Added chamfer to the inlet for smoother flexible filament feeding
- 100% infill near inlet/outlet threads to reduce the likelihood of failure under stress
In-machine testing indicates normal operation; the included tubing requires no modification and can be used directly
Note: Nitrile/latex gloves may increase friction. Ensure the Teflon tubing at both ends is fully inserted!!!!

AMS Manifold, Quadruple Output
0.08mm layer height, print upright. Use dedicated support material for optimal support contact; however, using entirely PLA is also feasible
Real-world testing confirms normal operation and filament feeding via the AMS
All five ports incorporate threads, compatible with PC4-M6 (through) pneumatic connectors, 2.5mm bore, fitting the included tubing
My additional connector is due to a malfunctioning original connector that I couldn't remove. For your installation, simply connect the manifold directly to the print head tubing, as shown below:

I only have 4*2mm Teflon tubing on hand, requiring chamfering of the outlet tubing. The included 4*2.5mm tubing should not require this
