15-minute_Quick Print Portable Toothpick Case

Description
It is a huge problem for a socially awkward middle-aged person who is afraid of going to the dentist and cannot find toothpicks, for example, me.
Design Overview:
One of the Quick Print series of works. This toothpick case is made based on the characteristics of low-layer PLA that can be bent. The design goal is to minimize the printing time while ensuring comfortable use. It optimizes the printing experience and expands the applicability of 3D printing.
Printing Time:
The model printing time is 09 minutes 26 seconds, plus the preparation process takes a total of 15 minutes 13 seconds (P1S, 0.2mm layer height, regular PLA).
Dimensions of the Box:
72mm*15mm*9mm
Applicable Toothpick Size:
The maximum length of toothpicks that can be accommodated is about 65mm. Most ordinary toothpicks should be suitable. It can hold about 17 to 18 toothpicks, which is enough for short trips or daily outings.
Materials and Cost:
Ordinary PLA can be used for printing (it is recommended to use PLA+ materials). The material consumption is about 4.2g. Based on a calculation of 70 yuan per kilogram of materials, the cost is approximately 0.30 yuan.
Strength Issues:
It is sufficient to meet daily needs.
The profile contains two snap-in fasteners of the same size. Normal use only requires two, and extreme use only requires one. Even if the middle of the snap-in fastener breaks, as long as it does not completely break (as shown below), it can still be used normally (and can be used for a longer time in this case). The snap-in fastener and the neutral pen mentioned earlier are universal, and if necessary, you can also remove one from the pen.
Assembly Instructions:
After printing is complete, place the lid on top, and then snap on the snap-in fasteners.
Printing Recommendations (!!):
Some parts are relatively small, so it is recommended to use glue.

The SOLIDWORKS source file is provided for you to modify the size or make secondary development. If you encounter any problems during the modification process, please feel free to leave a message or send a private message.
Modifying in SW might be a bit complex. A simpler way is to directly leave me a message.
