The description here can refer to the 3030 end face opening jig, M20 version.
The M20 knurled drill bushing version of the opening jig is not a replacement for the original M14 knurled drill bushing version. Their purposes differ—this is a crucial point.
The M20 drill bushing version opening jig is suitable for creating Φ14mm countersunk holes. This specification is key.
- M8 cup head screws—the cup head portion is 14mm usable
- 30-gauge European standard whistle pieces—14mm usable (however, not suitable for use with this jig due to differences in end face distance)
The smaller drill bushing version of the opening jig is highly compatible with Φ6~8 drill bushings, used for wrench holes/through holes.
