Description
Fixture for lithium battery spot welding, clamping range for 18650 batteries up to 16x10 cells and as small as 2x2 cells, other specifications can be measured by yourself
Second version, issues such as the tight fit between the screw rod and nut, and easy breakage of the screw rod have been fixed As shown in the figure

Since my lithium battery fixture uses a mortise and tenon structure, if you have already printed the first version and want to switch to the second version, you only need to print the two parts shown in the figure below

The improved version has part of the threads cut off, allowing for printing flat, and a modifier has been added to fill the threaded part 100% This raises the transverse stress strength of the screw rod to a new level Netizens often reported insufficient screw rod strength, but this time there should be no problem To print the improved version, please select the second print profile Thank you
Some netizens suggested that the battery fixture should be able to clamp a single row of batteries, so the size of the screw rod part was modified See figure:
