Summary

Truck side frames and bolsters that are fully compatible with USA Trains products. Fits any 3mm axle wheelsets*  and USA trains couplers (can use Kadee conversion couplers too).

Sideframes options:

-Standard (Regular hole, use lube)
-Bearing (uses MF63ZZ flange bearings)
-Rotating Bearing Cap  (*Designed for use with Roll-EZ wheelsets, not tested with other brands. Uses MF63ZZ flange bearings plus rotating bearing cap. May need to be resized based on printer tolerance)

Bolster Options:

-Bolster (regular)
-Bolster No Coupler (no tang for coupler)
-Bolster No Coupler HT (for high tolerance printers, fits more snug in side frames)

Printing Tips

Best way to print the side frames is lean them back 45º, use tree supports, 0.2mm nozzle, and a low layer height such as 0.08mm or smaller

Post-Printing

If you are using truck-mounted couplers, glue the bolter support here. This was separated in the model so the bolster could be printed flat upside-down.
