Description
Pause the printing at layer 25, insert the magnet into the slot, and then continue printing. Be sure to check the magnetic poles before inserting, do not put it in reverse.
Magnet specifications: outer diameter 54mm, magnet width 4mm, magnet + magnetic circle thickness 2.2mm
Slot dimensions: width 5mm, depth 3.1mm, inner diameter 45mm, outer diameter 55mm
As you can see from the slot dimensions, there is some clearance left, so the magnet can be inserted smoothly.
You can buy magnets by searching for "MagSafe magnetic sticker" on e-commerce platforms and choosing the transmitting end. If you want to save trouble, buy the same magnetic model as the author, you can leave a message in the comment section, I will post the link.
