Prusa MK3s BMG Extruder Dedicated Air Duct

The original extruder of Prusa MK3s does not have a gear reduction, for a better printing effect and less motor burden, I chose the BMG gear reduction kit to optimize.

However, the original BMG extruder comes with an air duct that is not conducive to observing the nozzle, and there are no other alternatives on the market, so I designed this air duct.

Easier to install, better observation of the nozzle, no need for support printing, and excellent heat dissipation performance.

Two versions are provided, corresponding to the Red Lizard hot end and E3D hot end, respectively. The E3D hot end version reserves two LED installation holes for those who like to do it themselves to add lighting beads (you can choose 5V 3mm diameter LED beads and connect the wires in parallel with the hot end cooling fan).

If you want a lighter and more temperature-resistant option, you can choose laser sintering printing.
