Description

I designed this clip-on label solution as a helpful add-on if for basket organization systems. While it´s great to organize stuff in baskets (looks tidy, easy access, …) you can also get lost when you don´t remember what you store in which basket. Clip-on labels are a great addition while saving or even improving the aesthetics.

I designed the label holders in two different sizes. The hooks are available in four different sizes for now and go together with both label holders. Initially we planned using cardboard labels and while this will work well with cardboard labels we noticed that the 3D printed labels also look great! If you want to design your own labels using the Bambulab Sign Makers you will find some helpful details below.

In the future I will also release the parametric Fusion3D files so that you can customize the sign holder and hooks. If you want to create other hooks for now you should design the contact plate with the following dimensions (B/H/D): 6mm/22.5mm/1.5mm. This will give a very tight fit (glue still required).

Assembly

Apply glue to the blue surfaces. I used all purpose glue but because of the tight fit CA glue probably also works well. Use a flathead screwdriver to apply pressure to the plate and push it in. The fit is designed to be very tight so you maybe need to use a bit more force. The tight fit makes the glued connection very robust.

This is how I designed my signs. Use the given measures to make yours fit.

I hope you like it and find it useful!
