This adjustable phone mount is crafted for e-scooter enthusiasts and has been thoroughly tested on Segway Ninebot, Xiaomi, and E-Way handlebars. It provides a secure and firm hold for phones sized 63mm to 93mm in width and up to 13mm thick.

 

Key Features:

  • Handlebar Compatibility: Designed for 22mm handlebars, fitting e-scooters like Segway Ninebot, Xiaomi, and E-Way.
  • Firm Grip: Mounts securely using four Socket Head Machine Screw bolts (6x55mm or longer) for a stable attachment to the handlebar.
  • Thumbscrew Adjustment: A unique thumbscrew mechanism with an inserted bolt and a nut inserted to the body allows for quick and easy adjustments, holding your phone tightly even on bumpy rides. 2 printed guide studs to align with the bolt "these studs are pretty snug at first, but will loosen once inserted once or twice.
  • Knurled Endcap: The phone holder bolt knurled endcap is on the print plate.
  • Charging Port Access: The mount has a dedicated hole to allow easy access to the charging cable for uninterrupted power.

Print Settings for PETG:

  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Walls: 2
  • Infill: 10% gyroid
  • Wall generator: Arachne
  • Supports: Tree slim support (manual support for one arch on the build plate) with 0.35mm Z height, 3 top interface layers, and 0.5mm top interface spacing
  • Pause Layer: Set to pause at layer 296 for nut insertion “if print main body alone or without supports layer height for nut will change” 1mm space for printhead clearance, cannot use nylock, only use a normal nut without nylon inside the body.
