Description

I've been trying to make a model of Bismarck for years at this point, and I've never really gotten it quite right. That is, until now, because I finally sat down and actually put effort into it. The hull was challenging, to say the least, but I guess... it was fun? Yeah, sure.

Some details are too thick, or totally omitted in comparison to the actual Bismarck, but I did this because it's much easier on the printers, and looks better. Also, some details were simplified, but everything important is there. The primary and secondary turrets are printed separately, and can rotate using friction. I included a waterline model and a stand, as courtesy, and the bridge + funnel are separated for easier printing, because those require more supports than the rest of the model.

Speaking of which, the model has some small optimizations that drastically reduce the amount of supports needed. The decks are detailed with my best attempt to simulate wood paneling, and some small details here and there. Assembly should be pretty straightforward.

Oh, and uh.. it's scale 1:1000.
