IVY Esk8 12s Electric Skateboard Battery Pack

This is an external battery pack designed for electric skateboards, but can also be used for other purposes.

It includes three charge and discharge connectors:

1. DC-5525 connector
2. XT60BE-M
3. EC5E-M

It uses a Jiabada JDB-SP7S005 protection board, and an original Jiabada Bluetooth touch screen.

You will need m3*20, m3*10, m3*16, m3*6*5 heat-shrink nuts (since TPU heat-shrink cannot hold, use 502 glue to secure them), m5*8 (nylon countersunk), M5 nylon nuts in various quantities. It is recommended to use flat or countersunk stainless steel screws for M3 screws.

The battery cells used are Xingheng 24AH single cells (IMP15119129, see attached specifications). If you need to use other battery cells, you can download the SW source file I uploaded and make changes. Just change the size of the battery cell file at the top, the other sizes will automatically adjust.

The boards around the sides are custom carbon fiber boards, and the cover is a custom translucent PC board. These can also be printed as alternatives, if you need to customize them, refer to the part size in STEP for dimensions.
