Ghost Toothpaste Extruder (with Ratchet)
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a toothpaste extruder with a ratchet and planetary gear, which effectively prevents back rotation and increases the torsion angle. (The sound of the ratchet is really satisfying!)
No metal parts required, no glue needed.
The eyes are conveniently painted with white acrylic marker.
It is recommended to print the structural parts with PETG.
The following are the installation instructions.
Disclaimer! Due to different materials and machines, there may be dimensional tolerance issues. Please use tools such as a lighter, hot knife, or pliers appropriately.
① Install the gears and pins as shown.
Make sure the three gears are evenly spaced, and the pins can rotate freely within the gears.

② Install the toothpaste container as shown.
Simply push it straight in. (Remember to clean up any supports inside the container). Try turning it after installation.

③ Install the ratchet slot.

④ Install the knob.
You can use a lighter to heat the knob head, then squeeze it and push it in straight.
Straight!

⑤ You can now install the toothpaste. Fold the toothpaste tail and insert it.
Adjust the exit position to align with the housing and insert it, and you're done!
